Tata Motors has invested heavily on its cheapest car Tata Nano. It was the dream project of former chairman Mr. Ratan Tata and the car has so far not been able to live up to the hype and attention that it got when it was unveiled and launched. Tata Motors also have been working on the car since its launch in order to make it impressive and attractive to the Indian car buyers. Tata Motors have not been seeing a tremendous boost to the sales of Nano cars like other entry level small hatchbacks like Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon. It is looking to improve the sales of Nano several notches and now in order to boost the sales of the car, the company has plans to introduce Tata Nano with power steering.
Tata Motors has acknowledged that the sales strategies of the Nano have not been targeted in the right direction and this is the same thing that was echoed by former chairman Ratan Tata some time earlier. Now, the company is looking to bring this highly affordable car into a lot of Indian homes with the introduction of the power steering version in this small car. Tata Motors still believes that the Nano would be an ideal replacement for Maruti Suzuki 800 and hopes that the soon to be introduced Nano power steering version could change the sales tide in India. Tata Motors has not divulged details on when they would be bringing out this power steering version of Tata Nano in the Indian market.Tata Nano to Come Out With Power Steering,
