The most popular unveiling that BMW Motors has had recently is the unveiling of the super i8 hybrid car. The car has really caught the imagination of both the critics, auto experts as well as the car buyers. BMW Motors is one of the most popular German luxury car manufacturers to have a good number of followers in India and its Indian subsidiary, BMW India, is looking to make further inroads in the luxury car segment market in India with this i8 hybrid car. It is looking to challenge the likes of Mercedes Benz and Audi Motors in India by bringing out this hybrid four seater super car and it expects the car to do really well in India. It is known that Indian car buyers are still not fully comfortable with the concept of hybrid cars. But, BMW feels that it would create a new luxury segment in India that could see a lot of i8 car sales in India.
