Audi Plans to Launch New Models in 2014

Audi India is the domestic arm of the popular German luxury car manufacturer Audi Motors and it has really done remarkably well in 2013 by selling as many as 10,002 units. It is a record sales for any luxury car seller in a year and Audi India is really proud of its achievement. At the beginning of the year, Audi had set a goal of 10,000 car sales in India and it has achieved this target just in the nick of time. In December alone, Audi was able to sell over 1300 units. Audi India is facing a very stiff challenge from Mercedes Benz India in the second half of 2013 and Mercedes Benz was also able to put up a grand showing in India in 2013 by selling 9000 units. Audi wants to stay ahead in this rat race among luxury car sellers in India and would be kick starting 2014 by launching the most popular and powerful sports car of the world Audi RS 7.

Audi will also be bringing the Audi A3 sedan into India in 2014 and would like the four rings brand to dominate 2014 as well in India. It is fully aware of the stiff competition that Mercedes Benz India would be giving it in 2014 and is preparing for a tough battle ahead. Moreover, BMW India is also another German luxury car manufacturer that is doing good business in India and would be looking to create an upset or two at the end of 2014.
